Open your Chrome menu () in upper-right portion of browser. Choose settings.

In left column, choose On Startup tab Open a specific page or set of pages

Add a new page

Or, if replacing an existing one, click the () and choose Edit.

Open your homepage in new tabs

Select Appearance category,

Match these settings

Hooray! Your homepage will now open with Chrome automatically.
