Icon background mismatch: When websites change their logos, the icons will update automatically. So, if an icon has a background that doesn't look good with the logo, it may be because the logo changed. The best solution is to just change the background.

Right-Click a website, choose change color, then select a more appropriate background.

Using a eyedropper browser extension, Copy/Paste the ACTUAL color, typically a HEX code (i.e. #F8FBF8) as your background color.
